Weekend

On Saturday we attended Josh and Kaytie's wedding.  It was a beautiful wedding and a fun reception at the Park Cities Club. We enjoyed hanging out with friends and eating good food all night.

We had a blast catching up with Carter and Julie.

Brett and Cathy announced to everyone they are having a baby this fall!!!!  We are so excited that the two cousins will be close in age.

Arriving in September.........

We are so super excited that we will be adding a precious little one to our family in September. God has blessed our lives with this child and we can't wait to meet him or her. The official due date is Sept.16.

Romans 8:28 is the verse that we immediately claimed after losing Walker and still continue to cling to it. Please keep us in your prayers as we journey down this road again, we know that God has great plans for us and this child.

We will keep you updated every step of the way.
Rebel and TD are so excited and want everyone to know that they are going to be big brothers.

Our Christmas was so wonderful and such a blessing to be able to spend it with both families and wonderful friends.

Connect Group Christmas Party

We had our Connect Groups over for a Christmas party on Saturday night. The guys and girls had fun making Gingerbread Houses.

Tacky Christmas Party

Our small group got together last night for a traditional "Tacky" Christmas Party.  Everyone's outfit was pretty amazing and the gifts were just as funny! I will post more pictures when I get them.

We spent the entire week in Tennessee visiting family and friends. Monday night Josh and Jamie had all of us over to their house for dinner. They have done a lot of work on their house and it looked amazing! I don't think any of us had laughed as hard as we did that night. I can only imagine what the guys were really like in college. Tuesday night we had some friends over for dinner at The Herndon's. We enjoyed our time with Sarah, Jonathan and baby Andrew. He is adorable and was so much fun to play with. Wednesday the rest of the family arrived. I think we spent the rest of the week eating and watching football games......what a great family tradition!!!! Saturday night we were able to go watch the Memphis Grizzlies play some basketball before we all headed home on Sunday. It was a busy week but also relaxing. This was much needed for us both.
