baby Jeremiah

We visited Ripley this past weekend to meet baby Jeremiah for the first time. He is so tiny and precious, hard to believe Rhodes was ever that little.

Playing in the laundry basket while Kat was trying to fold clothes.

Time Out

Sweet little Rhodes was able to experience what it is like to be in "time out" yesterday. Drew turned him around in his high chair to face the wall while we were getting his food ready. Whenever he sees food, it doesn't matter if it is for him or someone else, he yells out and thinks he should get some. He has been known to take bottles from other kids. The other kids in his class might need to guard their lunch sacks!

First Father's Day

Rhodes is so thankful to have such a wonderful daddy who loves him so very much. Rhodes thought it would be nice to give his daddy something he had been wanting for Father's Day, so we bought him Guitar Hero.

Rhodes had lots of fun playing in the box. It will be a few years before he can actually play the game.

Play Time

Cousin Kenadie and Aunt Cathy came to visit from Alabama. We took a trip to Abilene to visit our family and spent the rest of the week playing in Gigi and PaPa's living room.

Rhodes LOVES his play table that Kat bought him. We have only had it a few weeks and it has already provided hours of entertainment.

Rhodes was sharing his table with Kenadie but kept the spoon for himself. The spoon comes off and is a rattle but he prefers to chew on it.

Everything goes in his mouth.

Our creative child used the turtle shell from one of Kenadie's toys as a hat.

May

It is very hard to believe that we are already 3 days into the month of June.  May has been a blur for us and our busy schedule.  Rhodes is continuing to change daily.  He is crawling everywhere, pulling up on all the furniture or anything else that will hold him, and eating constantly.   Our sweet little one loves attention and if you're not giving him enough he will quickly let you know!
Cheap entertainment...... he loves to play with boxes, empty bottles, and tupperware containers

Checking on the puppies to make sure they are ok.
Playing on the stairs and looking through the banister at our house.
Rhodes thinks the buggy is his recliner and makes himself right at home while shopping at Target.
