Thankfulness

Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus  1Thessalonians 5:16-18

We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving week at the beach.  It was such a great time to reflect on this past year and all of the ways we have been blessed.  We have truly been blessed beyond our means!

sweet little cousins loved spending time together
Morgan thought Piper's head tasted good.
Rhodes is such a wonderful big brother, always wanting to do everything with his sister.

Weekend in Alabama

Our weekend spent in Alabama was packed full of fun activities for the kids.  We went to 2 pumpkin patches, celebrated Kenadie's bday with a party in the park, a Fall Festival, lots of cousin play time, and celebrating Kenadie's birthday on the real day.

Rhodes waiting patiently to go through security so he could fly to see his cousins.

Trying to get everybody to look at the same time is pretty much impossible with two 3 year olds, an 11 month old, and a 4 month old.  Piper was not too fired up about having her picture taken.

We have taken this same picture for the past 3 years.
On the hay ride out to see the animals and pumpkin patch.

Kenadie's 3rd Birthday party.  We celebrated Kenadie's birthday at the park with some of her friends. Rhodes loved that we spent the whole afternoon at the park and he could run and play as much as he wanted.
They both loved the tunnel slide.

Trying to take a cute picture of Rhodes and Kenadie after church was a pretty big task and these are the silly faces we kept getting.
Aunt Carolyn with the birthday girl on her real birthday.

All dressed up for the Fall Festival.
Zachary was a cute little tiger, Kenadie was Nemo, and Rhodes was Spiderman.  They all looked really cute and had a great time playing games and getting candy.

sweet little Zachary so badly wanted to be where the big kids were.
Kenadie and Rhodes doing the popcorn dance.

Sweet little Piper turned 4 months old while we were there.

Pony ride at one of the pumpkin patches, he loved it!
Rhodes inside a big combine that had been turned into a slide.

This pumpkin patch had a hay maze and a huge box full of corn for the kids to play in.  Rhodes had a blast!
